We want you to feel delighted with every piece you receive. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Before you return a Tichu product, please take a moment to appreciate that our each product is handcrafted by our in-house artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. The colour, clarity and weight of the gemstones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through strict quality control before shipping.
Our Promise of Quality: Tichu has an in-house state-of-the-art quality check. Each creation undergoes stringent quality checks prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect is identified and verified after delivery, we will arrange a complimentary replacement of the damaged product. Replacement shipments will be dispatched promptly once the defect is confirmed, subject to product availability. Manufacturing defects include loose stone settings or structural cracks, but exclude damage from normal wear and tear, improper handling, moisture, perfumes, chemicals, or any misuse.
How Returns Work: You may request a return within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly request that the product remains unused and unworn, is returned in its original box and packaging with all tags, stickers, and certificates intact, and shows no signs of wear, resizing, polishing, alteration, or exposure to chemicals.
To initiate a return, please email us at tichuofficial@gmail.com within this period and include:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos or a short video of the product, specifically showing the issue (defect, damage, wrong item) while the product remains in its original box with all tags intact.
- Images showing the item in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Claims for return and refund lacking proper video and photographs, or showing tampering, or where the piece does not meet these return conditions, will be declined. Tichu reserves final determination regarding acceptance or rejection of any return.
In the event the Product(s) fail to meet inspection and verification upon return, no refund shall be processed. However, the Product(s) will remain securely stored with us, and upon express request of the customer to re-ship the same Product(s), we will arrange delivery at the applicable shipping cost.
Return Pick-up:
We provide a return pick-up free the first time via our designated courier partner or local agent. This service is provided once per order to ensure a seamless and convenient return experience.
Kindly ensure that the product be packed carefully in its original packaging to ensure it returns to us safely, preserved in the condition in which it was received.
Non-Returnable Product(s): We do not accept returns for customized or personalized jewellery. Any products showing wear or damage from misuse, moisture, perfumes, or chemicals. Returns are also not accepted for size/fit issues, style preferences ("change of mind"), or natural gemstone characteristics such as colour variations, clarity differences, or inclusions. Gift cards, e-vouchers, promotional items are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable (unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms).
Refunds Step-by-Step:
Refunds will be processed under the following categories:
A. Returns arising due to verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items shipped, shall be fully refundable upon successful quality verification. The full product value will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (your bank may take additional time).
B. For voluntary returns, any separately disclosed, non-refundable service components specifically itemised at checkout shall also not be refunded.
C. Refund on Cancellations: Customer cancellations via tichuofficial@gmail.com or +91-97830-22222 receive 100% refund within 48 hours of placement. Cancellations by Tichu yield full order value back. All decisions shall be made following verification in accordance with this Policy.
D. No refunds apply to incorrect address details provided by the customer, multiple failed delivery attempts, recipient refusals, sizing errors (check sizing guides first), used/damaged returns, cancellations made after 24 hours, Personalised and Made-to-Order products, or other circumstances inconsistent with this Policy.
ALL RETURN AND REFUND REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION ON RETURN. TICHU RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE OR DECLINE A REQUEST FOLLOWING INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION PROCESS.
