Thank you for choosing Tichu! These Terms of Service form an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made thereunder, and do not require physical or digital signatures. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.
This website is owned, managed and operated by Tichu Official (“Tichu”), a sole proprietorship owned by Smriti Bohra under the laws of India, offering a curated selection of silver jewelry product(s). Tichu Official, has registered offices at D-7, M.I. Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We use Shopify Inc. as the online e-commerce platform so we may offer you our goods and services.

All product(s) displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or deliver products in multiple consignments where necessary.

Tichu accepts orders up to INR 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs only) per transaction via the Website. Orders exceeding this limit get declined or cancelled by us. For higher-value purchases, please contact us directly mail to us tichuofficial@gmail.com.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information; and
promptly update such information to keep it accurate. Your order is placed only upon successful completion of the checkout process.

PRODUCT(S) DESCRIPTION AND AVAILABILITY
While we strive to present our jewellery with accurate descriptions and imagery; however, occasional inadvertent errors may occur beyond our control.[1] [2] Actual product(s) may show minor variations in colour, weight, measurement, finish, or stone appearance due to craftsmanship and natural characteristics of silver and natural stones used.
Product measurements and weights are in approximate value and may vary slightly due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery.
We take utmost care in providing elaborate information about the displayed products on the website. We understand, you may expect more information regarding the product. Packaging of the product may vary from the packaging of the product displayed on the website. Any such variations shall not be deemed as defects. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
Product(s) displayed on our website doesn’t imply an offer for sale; it is intended as an invitation for you to place an order. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer, and the order is considered accepted by Tichu only once the product(s) has been actually dispatched from our end.
No act or omission of Tichu prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer. We provide confirmations, receipt of your order, and email confirmations on email provided by you at the time of placing the order. We endeavour to ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability, and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by email if we are unable to complete your order.
QUALITY CHECK
To ensure your best shopping experience, each of our product(s) undergoes comprehensive and strict quality checks prior to dispatch. No product will be dispatched unless crafted and inspected to meet Tichu's quality standards. Where applicable, returned products are also subject to quality check to verify eligibility under our Returns Policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION
It may happen in rare cases that due to technical, or pricing inaccuracies, inventory constraints, security concerns, or regulatory requirements, we may cancel or decline the order, either in part or in full. Since the dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time, in such a scenario that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be on offer to us and we reserve the right to accept or reject such balance order.
In the unlikely event where Tichu is constrained to cancel or decline an order prior to dispatch for any reason, including availability or quality considerations, we will promptly refund full amount paid for the cancelled portion of the Order

Cancellation by the Customer:
Kindly take a moment to appreciate that Tichu products are handcrafted and may undergo bespoke finishing, gemstone allocation, artisan making, stone setting, certification tagging, polishing, sizing, or other value-added processes (“Order Processing Stage”) upon Order confirmation.
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 48 hours of placing an order. Once an order is under Order Processing Stage, cancellations, modification, refund, or change request are not permitted. Approved cancellations will be refunded in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
In case of cancellation after “Order Processing Stage, the full order amount may be retained to cover costs already incurred. Tichu shall determine the Order Processing Stage, in accordance with Tichu’s policy.
PRICING POLICY
General
The prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or delivery charges, that will be clearly itemized at checkout. You are encouraged to review the final total while placing the order.
The price applicable to any order shall be the price displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed.
Dynamic Pricing
The prices of the product(s) are subject to change without prior notice and may vary from piece to piece or over time, depending on prevailing market conditions. Since prices of silver, gold, gemstones and/or precious stones are dynamic, change in our prices may reflect our response to market fluctuations, or other external factors beyond our control and the same shall not necessarily indicate our increased mark-up.
Pricing Policy for Online Merchandise
Tichu endeavours to provide you with a handpicked selection of our best products, wholesome shopping experience, and competitive pricing across our channels.
Our website and in-store products may offer different collections of products. Certain pieces may be offered exclusively online or in-store. Prices for the same product may differ across channels. Promotions like coupons or special discounts are channel-specific and may not be transferable between the Website and retail locations unless expressly stated.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods on the website.
All payments on the website are securely processed through our payment gateway partner, CCAvenue, that supports multiple payment modes. We do not store or process your card or banking details directly on our servers.
Any payment failures, delays, declines, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions caused by the payment gateway provider, issuing bank, card network, or other third parties shall not be the liability of Tichu.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the stated timelines. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
Delivery Guidelines
· To ensure integrity and security of the Product(s), our logistic partner may may require OTP verification or a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery.
· Kindly inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered, damaged, or opened, kindly refuse delivery and notify us promptly.
· Parcel Opening Video Requirement: A continuous, unedited unboxing video is strongly recommended for all damage/missing item claims, clearly capturing: sealed parcel from all angles, complete opening process, jewelry condition, and any discrepancies.
· Ownership and all risks associated with the Product(s) transfers to the customer on delivery of the Order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

WARRANTY
All our jewelry is crafted in silver with 92.5 purity. The 92.5 hallmark is a symbol of purity of the silver and is not a guarantee of weight or finish. Silver has a natural tendency to change colour, it may change colour when exposed to different climatic conditions. Chances of discolouration in Tichu jewelry are minimum as it features an oxidized finish.
While each piece is carefully crafted and packaged; normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from handling or use after delivery is not covered under warranty.
LIFETIME SERVICING
We're happy to offer lifetime repair services for every piece, free of charge for routine maintenance. For any damage-related repairs, we'll assess the piece and apply fair charges as needed.
PERSONALISED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
You may reach out to us for product(s) personalisation, engraving, customization, or made-to-order, or specially manufactured in accordance with your individual specifications. Since design specifications are finalised through mutual discussion and customer approval, we are unable to accommodate major changes to the design after order confirmation.
Your order shall be confirmed only upon an advance receipt of the payment of full value of the Product(s).
Pricing of Personalised and Made-to-Order Products
Pricing for personalised or made-to-order product(s) shall solely be determined by Tichu, based on the approved design specifications, materials, craftsmanship, and prevailing market rates at the time of order confirmation. For avoidance of any doubt, the pricing for these pieces may differ from standard catalogue or estimated offer prices.
The final price will be communicated to you upon design approval and intimation of order confirmation. Upon confirmation of the order (receipt of payment), the price shall remain conclusive for that order, unless any changes to the materials, design or specification is subsequently requested by you and mutually agreed.
Delivery
Delivery timelines for such products will be decided and communicated to you by the design team upon confirmation of the order.
Cancellation, Return and Exchange
As the product(s) is customised specifically for you, we are unable to offer you cancellation, return, exchange, after order confirmation. No refund shall be applicable, in case of cancellation/non-response by the customer. Tichu may in its sole discretion, not as an obligation, allow for return/exchange only in case of a verified manufacturing defect, which must be notified in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Shipping
Shipping charges for made-to-order items are calculated based on the value of the product and will be communicated at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The contents on the website, including but not limited to text, designs, photographs, images, models, graphics, logos, trademarks, product visuals, and other proprietary content, are the intellectual property of Tichu and are protected under applicable intellectual property and allied laws. Use of the website and its content is permitted solely for personal viewing and non-commercial purposes. All forms of unauthorised use for commercial or non-commercial purposes beyond such limited personal use, are strictly prohibited.
When you submit a feedback, comment, image, video or similar communications, you grant Tichu a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display such content for operational, customer experience, and marketing purposes.
USER DATA
We collect personal information which includes your name, contact number, email, shipping information, payment approval records and your complete order history.
The limited purpose of the personal data is seamless processing of your order, on-time delivery, product fulfilment and after sales customer service, legal compliance and service update distribution, and marketing communication, subject to your consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tichu, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur.
NEGOTIATION AND ARBITRATION
To expedite resolution of any dispute, controversy, claim related to or arising out of use of this website, or in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and the privacy policy or the documents incorporated herein by reference, (hereinafter Dispute/s), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate a Dispute informally for at least fifteen (15) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
Failing resolution through negotiations, it shall be finally and bindingly resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jaipur, India.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be available on our Platforms. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Platforms following any change indicates your acceptance of our updated Terms of Use.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any term, condition, or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be a violation of any applicable law, statute, or regulation the same shall be deemed to be deleted from this Terms and Conditions and shall be of no force and effect and this Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect as if such term, condition, or provision had not originally been contained in this Terms and Conditions.
Tichu remains absolved from any liability on account of delays or performance failures that occur because of situations which are beyond our control including acts of God.
A waiver by Tichu of any term, condition, or provision of these Terms and Conditions in any instance shall not be deemed or construed as a waiver of such term or condition for the future.
These Terms apply solely between you and Tichu. Only the gift recipient who receives a product as a present can access any available product assurance benefits according to the applicable terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete and entire Agreement between you and Tichu in relation to your use of the Website and purchase of products.
No relaxation, delay, omission, or exception by Tichu in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any covenant or condition of these Terms.
If any term or any part of this Agreement or the application of the same to any Party shall for any reason be adjudged by a court or other legal authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement, the terms of which shall remain in full force and effect.
